Bug face practice! Why does nobody talk about how wildly fuzzy hornets are. How many other bugs are we missing out on bc their fuzz is just So Small.

daily bug 29
bug 29 features one of, if not my favorite insect my collection; a cicada! I found this one's whole body in tact during July or august. Richmond VA
Beautiful six-spotted tiger beetle (Cicindela sexguttata) crossed my path while I was swimming in the local river. They stopped just long enough for a photo. <3 Look at that toothy face!
