Girl 1: Hannah Montana!
Girl 2: Sesame street!
Me:
Me: ...Cher
why don’t they just make a random guy in a hoodie the next overwatch character?
I just watched three episodes of "A Discovery of Witches" and I ask myself why I did it.
Okay, I know I started watching because it has Alex Kingston and Matthew Goode in it and it was made by Bad Wolf Company (yep the lot that used to make Doctor Who and that made His Dark Materials) so I was both hopeful and curious that this might be good but I should have stopped after the first episode because this is seriously awful trash.
The main protagonist looks like she could be the sister of Kristen Stewart. Her character is a blonde version of Bella Thorne plus the woman's acting skills are on par with that of a piece of plankwood. Of course she is a Mary Sue 🙄, of course Matthew Goode has to play some vampire (who curiously enough doesn't sparkle but sure af has no problems with sunlight etc) who inexplicably feels attracted to this piece of plankwood. The story is very much in the same vein as all of those gawdawful YA Twillight wannabe books and I barely survived reading the first Twilight book....which took me a whole year to read because I couldn't read more then a few pages in one go, without feeling like my brain was starting to rot from this crap.
I just saw that the show has at least three series. Bloody hell :shudders: Why??!
Something that’s not really talked about is how much hate there is involved with the Big Arguments of the world. It’s not a debate. It’s a fight. It’s a war. So many times I’ve wanted to share my opinions on social media but I’m afraid of getting all the hate messages so I just keep my mouth shut. How can any side of an argument claim to be ‘right’ and ‘good’ when most of their paths to ‘victory’ include terrorizing anyone who disagrees until they either conform or shut up??? How are we planning to get anywhere in the world?? Everyone talks about Changing The World With Love, but all I see in media is hate. I’d like to know why. I’d like it to change.
I love sushi but....
Okay y’all
You have NO IDEA how much I hate the way they turned the storyline with the amnesia. Cause if the writers weren’t 5 we could have had Elijah’s development instead of MORE drama.
BUT
No matter how much i despise it, along with the brainwashed little piece of crap that has replaced Klaus and Hayley with Antoinette and has currently taken Elijah’s place.
That little fuckhead didn’t meant to have a part on Hayley’s death.
That little fuckhead doesn’t know Hayley.
That little fuckhead had no reason to help her.
And more importantly you shouldn’t hate on the real Elijah for what the fuckhead did or didn’t do.
The real Elijah would have murdered Greta in a heartbeat.
And yes seeing Hayley’s face when she realized he wasn’t there to save her broke me
But still
Not the real Elijah
And another thing. Y’re all saying how he ignored her. Here’s the thing. He didn’t. He was constantly looking at her and call me crazy but I believe that his expression showed that part of him tried to remember. And while he didn’t have the same expression with Klaus or Hope or anyone else, that’s enough for now. The rest when he gets his memories back
