Raw milk is an awesome and super nutritious food, as are many dairy products made from it by methods that those products can also be called raw. I have been carnivore for the last six and a half months, so no milk. But I did use raw milk for quite a few years while raising my kids. This carnivore thing has not been perfect but it has had some upside, for me. I still suspect I may eventually repeat the awesomeness of the GAPS diet, which was very successful for me over 10 years ago.
