Guys, this one is nuts. 1893 real estate in San Francisco, (Sutro Heights, now known as Vista del Mar) owned by the future mayor, sold by a real estate huckster who three years later would be on the lam for embezzling FIFTY GRAND in 1896 dollars... mostly from his wife. Yes, she divorced him for that. And when the dust settled, he almost died in the Klondike rush. Super rare, because the printer's shop burned to the ground the year it was printed. So much winning!
