You know who you are. God knows who you are. You do not have to punish yourself or become concerned about what other people think or say. You know your motives and exactly what you meant whether they are properly perceived or not. Even though you feel unsure or overthink, it does not mean you are unsafe or unworthy of your own grace. You do not have to carry the burden of perception, try to decode the root of everyone's body language, or replay anything you can't redo. It's okay to let it go, realign your focus, and simply be yourself. You are enough.
Morgan Richard Olivier - the healing you hear
I don't know what you want from me What you're looking for, what I'm supposed to be Maybe I just don't wanna see What I mean to you, what you mean to me
So it's no secret to my loved ones and anyone who will listen. I have a problem, and it's not listening to Red Vox 24/7.
These guys are my favorite band easy. They are not my favorite genre, that's stuff like death and speed metal. Just something about them when I listen to it makes me feel good or right. I don't get like any ASMR brain tingly things. They just hit just right.
My friends do sometimes make jokes or comments when in my car because my shuffle just decides to play them since I have every single song in it (I have just one big playlist and sometimes have to hit next like 7 times so I can let others with me listen to something else.
The point is, I finally found the hook ups for my fiancé's record player so I cracked open my vinyls and listened to all of them front to back in one sitting to see how they look and sound.
Need to get the right hook up to my actual speaker and subwoofer but even then it still sounds good. Not on the vinyl is the purest form ever yet, but maybe connecting to a speaker system with the right hook ups will help.
Also just wanted to post the pictures of the great art and the really nice looks of the ones I got since each one has a few sets of how they can look.
Thank you for stopping by to humor me with my favorite band maybe I'll do another one later with all my stuff and start doing like an album review of each one with my thoughts and comments because I never feel like I talk or think about this enough. I for sure do not post about it enough and that's because I have just almost always been more lurk than post.

The Science of Good Vibrations
Vibrational medicine is an emerging field of medical research, that explores the influence of sound frequencies on the human body. It theorizes that the electrical and magnetic energy created by sound can have a profound effect on our health and wellness. Further, scientists are exploring how Everything vibrates . While the evidence is still being gathered, there is strong reason to believe…
