Working on Avengers fic for the first time since I was a teenager!  The main thing I remember from my never-posted stories of those days is that, since I obviously had to dispose of him SOMEHOW, Peter Peel got together with a truly extraordinary variety of people, ranging from Oh That’s Convenient (a woman he met while lost in the jungle) to Pair the Spares (Tara) to What the Flying Fuck? (Andrew Lloyd Webber; this one was meant to be crack, yes). 

This is a Cathy-centric story, so Peter Peel sadly does not get to find yet another partner.  But if I continue writing, perhaps he will live to slut it up another day.

Have you ever had any past relationships?

More than I can count!  I've recounted some past relationships in previous posts (which I can't link to at the moment because it's loading very slowly for some reason), but those would be just a small selection!  Sometimes they just turn from relationships to friendships, or sometimes they get broken off because of distance or the other party becoming attracted to other people, or other various reasons.  But I've kept a good number going!

Get laid more.

I think I can manage that!  I think I'm gonna add to that, though, that I plan to get others laid more as well!  I've been introduced to a few newcomers in the area who have had some rough luck lately when it comes to that, so I'm gonna give them a crash course in hooking up and showing people a good time!

Well I don't know then. Why do you date so many people?

Why not?  They like me, I like them.  In some cases, they love me, I love them.  If everyone's cool with the arrangement, what's the big deal?  Maybe it's not for everyone, but it's for me.

When do you plan on having kids?

Plan?

Currently I'm on something that prevents me from breeding.  It's one of the few chemicals that actually has a distinct effect on my body, but only to a limited degree.  And I don't plan on having kids for a while, because I have enough UNplanned kids already.  I want to make sure I take care of them well enough so that they can go out on their own before I start thinking about more of them.

I may have made passing reference to this before, but I guess I'll go into it now.  I am in fact a father, of a number of Pokémon.  In most cases we both thought it was safe for us to go at it without worries, and usually it was that they were just at the start of the end of their cycles when it happened.  I don't exactly enjoy when this surprise rears its ugly head - not that I don't dislike kids or the idea of having kids, but I prefer to be ready for it, as I bet you can understand.  Regardless, when it happens, I don't shy away from my responsibility.  I've cared for all the kids I've fathered, generally along with their mothers.  There've been a couple exceptions on that front - one being the Ursaring that lied to me about her fertile period and ran off without the kid when she found out she couldn't use it to have me all for herself.  Thankfully one of the other mothers adopted the kid, but that was a painful event.

Some of the kids are grown and have left, but they still come and visit sometimes. There's still a couple remaining who aren't at that point in their lives yet, and I'm making sure they get there fine before I even THINK about another.

There have been some...side applications from this.  Mainly involving the lab.  But I'm not going to talk about that for now, that's a whole different topic that they've asked me to refrain from going into detail about.
