Spent the day writing for an online rpg thing and also making Sciabbó. Which took like 4 hours and was absolutely amzing and 100% worth it. But I did fail to budget for the ~3-ish hours braising the pork shoulder when scheduling when to start vs. when I would be hungry. hence the lack of photo.
