So what about B holding that big, steaming cup aganst A's neck, and especially those horribly sore, swollen lymph nodes to ease the pain a little, on one side and then the other. The sensation makes A close their eyes and let out this pitiful, whining sound of relief so uncharacteristic of them that B can't help but to frown deeply.
