I figured out why I was broken this afternoon. 79 degrees inside 🫠😔😭

Between hormones and my SSRI and my stimulant ADHD meds I have noticeably bad heat tolerance and anything higher than 75 indoors starts to really impede my ability to function/focus/be happy.

Did not figure out this was the issue until I sat in front of a fan on full blast and my mood improved, and then I saw the thermostat was higher than usual.

Baby Bulbasaur is so happy! Meanwhile the incipient head cold is finally hitting me and I am very sleepy and also it is too hot and humid to go outside 🫠

I am sorting the laundry every which way I can think of (color, type, etc) for Enrichment and Vocabulary while Baby Bulbasaur listens to Holst’s The Planets and flails around the room practicing her walking. Probably I will make it to naptime
