My youngest brother is imitating words now and it just reminded me of growing up I always spoke in both English and my native language, Laotian. Like I would use words from both languages in one sentence (I’m sure a lot people who grew up learning more than one language did this) because languages are hard man I couldn’t really separate them for a few years.

And my parents used to get so angry because let’s take the sentence “I’m gonna do laundry”. Do laundry in Laotian is “suck kuong”.

So when people would ask me what are you doing/where are you going I would answer “I’m gonna suck the clothes”.

they both have such cute voices but once you get to know them they're the most unhinged, crazy people ever, as in they make disgusting jokes that make people uncomfortable, and they pull crazy shit because they know they can
