Hey everyone! I wanted to do a little boost here real quick! In case you haven’t seen, RC’s opened up her store again, and has a new 60+ page R18 TodoBakuDeku doujin for purchase! So tumblr purged my main account and all associated sideblogs, leaving me with only this account, which is separate. I still don’t really know how I’ll be using this account, but if anyone needs to get ahold of me on tumblr, I will be here! At least while I wait out the purge and see what tumblr’s verdict is for my blog. I may try to dig up some reblogs of my art posts and reblog them here, just to have them. 

I’m obviously devastated about this. I have such valuable friends and followers that I am so so sad to lose. :( I have messages, asks (both answered and unanswered) that mean so much to me. I have silly posts and conversations I can never get back, and just so much history that was purged without a moment’s notice. I don’t know what my tumblr presence will be like from here on out--even if tumblr does reinstate my reallycorking blog in response to my support request, my trust in this platform is totally gone after they ripped away my blog without any warning.

trope mash-up game - vacation fic + accidentally married

THESE TWO GO TOGETHER LIKE HOT CORN ON THE COB AND BUTTER!!

Well obviously Kageyama & Hinata (who are not TOGETHER but are always together) go on vacation to that COUNTRY OF COUNTRIES known as Scotland, while some Karasuno buds are visiting the UK in general. In this future fic Hinata wanted to visit the Harry Potter bridge cause he’s been a fan of Harry Potter (or at least the IDEA of Harry Potter) since Ennoshita made them all participate in his movie Shimmer Tsukki. Of course they get lost and end up in Gretna Green, the place famous for being the place young couples eloped to back when England had stricter marriage requirements (ie parents had to consent for minors) than Scotland did.

Kageyama and Hinata still suck pretty badly at English; Kageyama has a large vocabulary memorised but absolutely does not understand any of it, and Hinata can have simple conversations but is lost when it comes to writing. For the purpose of this fic you don’t have to get a marriage license in the UK in advance even though you totally have to irl. WE’RE BENDING THE LAWS OF COUNTRIES HERE AND IT’S FINE.

Anyway they’re in this quaint little town, speaking very little English, and there are weddings all over the place and they think OH MAN HOW COOL this is like, a town where people act like they’re getting married cause of some historical thing? So fun. Hinata, through his charm and sparkling eyes, convinces Kageyama to be his “groom” cause he wants to do one of the weddings too. Somehow this is accomplished; a grizzled Scotsman performs the ceremony and thinks it’s beautiful to see two young foreigners so committed to each other and so aware of the history of this beautiful town that they’d come all this way while speaking so little English.

They reconnect with the group in London (somehow they made their way back, don’t ask me how) and tell them about their detour. Tsukki is shown the marriage documents (“THEY LOOK SO REAL HAHA! ISNT IT GREAT! KAGEYAMA WILL NEVER GET AWAY FROM ME NOW~”) and nearly has a stroke over how fucking dumb Kageyama and Hinata are, but Kageyama is looking at Hinata in a certain kind of way and Tsukki isn’t gonna get involved here, they can figure it out themselves.

Back in Japan, the documents get shown to Daichi, Suga & Asahi at some other meet-up and Asahi hesitantly says “isn’t this real?” and Suga shushes him. “REALLY CONVINCING YOU MEAN!!” says a grinning Hinata. Yachi is there and comes over and reads everything and gets her overthinking face, because she’s furiously doing headmath over what she should do to make her friends happy, and in order to keep Yachi from exploding someone (Daichi?) says that yes, it is real, look at this information here calling it a binding document.

Hinata and Kageyama look at each other and feel… A LOT. There’s this tension of “holy shit we’re married” and they’ve already obviously playacted their way through (with Hinata laughing his ass off at how great it all was) but now it’s real and what does THAT mean and… was it really a mistake, honestly? And so they go on living as usual while knowing they are secretly married to each other and with time the warmth grows until it bubbles over and a marriage isn’t too different from the partnership they already have and it turns out neither of them wants to annul it. And also as this realisation is happening they make out a lot with way too many long-delayed feelings.

THE END (or rather THE BEGINNING cause I’m cheesy like that).
