Summary: Y/N and Rebal roasting guys together and just being overall couple goals.

“Hello, hello hi! Um...this video is just gonna be a dumpster fire, you can probably already tell.“ Rebal laughs, giving the camera an awkward expression, “Ok, for starters, imma address the elephant in the room, except there is no elephant so I’m gonna address the room - it’s not a room in my apartment. Nope, I’ve been abducted, I’m being held captive and I’m being forced to make these videos by this vile human being...“

“You were not supposed to tell anyone!“ A voice from the other room cuts off his long intro with a whine that immediately causes him to break character.

“Oh no, she’s heard me! Now she’ll kill me.“ The door behind him opens slowly, “And here she comes now.“

Y/N’s intention of sneaking up on him is foiled when Rebal turns around and grabs her by the waist, settling her onto the stool next to his chair. The girl squeals as her feet momentarily no loner make contact with the carpet below until she’s seated and feels the safety of the floor under her shoes.

“Ok, the only thing about this that won’t be an utter waste of time to watch is this angel right here. This is Y/N, everyone, she’s my girlfriend of two years and five months and yes I did the math before sitting down to record this video so I seem like I’m better at remembering stuff than I actually am.“ Rebal explains as he wheels the stool closer to him so he can drape an arm around the girl whenever he pleases.

“I have to remind him when his own birthday’s coming up.“ Y/N rolls her eyes, causing her boyfriend to laugh, “But surprisingly he always remembers mine. And our anniversary.“

“Yeah cause I won’t be mad at myself and make me sleep on the couch if I forget my birthday.“ He retorts playfully, earning himself a smack to the arm that sends him in another fit of laughter as Y/N scoffs dramatically.

“I’ve never done such a thing!“ She whines, crossing her arms over her chest and pouts like a child, causing Rebal to wrap his arms around her and pull her to him.

“True, but only cause I’ve never forgotten.“ He replies, nuzzling his face in the crook of her neck.

“Even if you did I’d understand.“ She replies, cuddling more into him, “You’re a busy man. Busy watching half naked men on TikTok which really gets me to question this relationship sometimes.

The man is too stunned to speak as he stares at her in surprise, “Oh my God, what the hell? You don’t know what we’re gonna be doing, do you?”

Polar opposite of him, Y/N is in the realm of immense confusion, “No, you said it’d be a surprise.”

“Ok then how the hell did you just pull the perfect segue?“ He asks, still in a state of shock and amusement.

“Are you taking a sexuality test or something?“ She asks, furrowing her brows briefly before bursting out laughing.

Rebal rolls his eyes, “No, not today at least. Instead, we’ll be looking at half naked men on TikTok.” He announces, finally letting in both the audience and his girlfriend on what they’ll be doing.

“Oh perfect, works well for me. Abs making up for lack of talent, I’m down.“ The girls shrugs innocently, purposely not looking in the direction of the quote unquote hurt gaze of the messy haired boy.

There’s a brief moment of silence before a new announcement is made by the owner of the channel, “Alright guys, that’s gonna be it for today. Thanks for watching....“

Laughing as a result of her boyfriend’s words, Y/N covers her mouth, “No, no, no! I was kidding, just kidding, I swear! Honest!”

The man narrows his eyes at her suspiciously, contemplating whether to accept her not-exactly-an-apology apology, “Then you better watch yourself and your reactions, missy.”

She sheepishly sticks her little finger in the air, pointing it at him, “I solemnly pinky swear that I’ll do no such thing as drool over these men.” Hearing those words, Rebal wraps his own pinky finger around hers, giving her the opportunity to mumble out, “....like you do.”

“Excuse me?!“

It’s been about seven minutes into the video and Y/N is doing well with keeping a straight up poker face and a teasingly funny judgement in response to the videos her and Rebal are watching as part of a cringe compilation of thirst traps and POVs, some of which she’ll admit are not half bad. But alas, so far so good. She’s only muttered ‘Damn, boy!’ three times, and all three were inside her head so she done a great job avoiding an abrupt end to the video.

Rebal is ruthless in his commentary. He’s roasting and dragging these men left and right and doesn’t even give a flying fuck.

“He could shred cheese on those abs if only he knew how to shred cheese in general.“ He says in response to the latest thirst trap they’ve watched, causing Y/N to giggle.

“Maybe he’s vegan, or lactose intolerant. Don’t be so quick to judge, gosh!“ She scolds him, barely containing a smile when he throws his arms up in the air in surrender.

“Fine, fine, you’re right, I shouldn’t jump the gun like that. I’m sorry.“ He says, tilting his head so their eyes meet, both of them giving each other a quick smile before simultaneously remembering they’re in front of a camera.

“Good, you should be. Next video.“ She says, clapping her hands twice for emphasis.

Rebal silently complies, clicking onto the next video in the playlist. Much to Y/N’s dismay, this is one of those which aren’t actually as bad as the others. Also, to add more to her dismay, this time when that familiar ‘Damn, boy!’ echoes throughout her head, this happens:

“What’d ya just say?“

Oh shit

Yeah, turns out this one wasn’t exactly internal if Rebal’s glare is anything to go by. Instead of retaliating, Y/N chooses honesty even if it means this video will be going turtles all the way down. Not that it’s of any high quality anyway but oh well.

“He’s hot, ok?! He’s a mildly attractive and humorous fella and I’m allowed to appreciate that so fuck off!“ She’s not even trying to hide her smile as she hisses at him, a smile which provokes one to appear on Rebal’s face as well. It is utterly impossible for these two to exchange a single look without smiling or giggling like they’re in middle school with painfully obvious crushes on each other from across the room.

“First of all, no f bombs, please. This is a family friendly channel.“ Just the first part of his argument has his girlfriend scoffing and rolling her eyes, let alone the rest, “Second, he’s such a fucking tool! ‘Oh look at me, I got abs!’ boohoo whatever. Man should put on a shirt and stay fucking humble.“

Choosing to not waste time to comment on his own f bombs, Y/N takes a different approach, “Says the guy who hasn’t posted a non-shirtless photo on Instagram in months! Even if you wear something above the waist, chances are it’s showing more than two thirds of your chest!”

“And you like it, don’t even try to lie!“

“OK yeah I do.“

“Hell yeah you do! Point for me, bestiesss!“

“That’s not how that works! And where did the point come from?! This isn’t a game!“

“It is now.“

“Well then game fucking on, Rebal.“

“Game on, babe.“

Pecking her lips, he moves onto the next video, leaving her blushing a deep red and biting her bottom lip with embarrassment. In her flustered frenzy, she makes a mental note to tell him to cut that out of the video when he sits down to edit it but, considering we just saw it right now, she either forgot or changed her mind. It remains a mystery but that kiss also remains out on the web for everyone to see.

Ain’t none of those cheese-shredding-abed guys can make her grin and blush like an idiot quite like Rebal can despite being a bit of a tool himself. At the end of the day, he’s the only tool she loves and that’s what fucking matters.
