Yes. I agree. All of those things that the Russian government is supporting or allowing are absolutely horrible. I don't support any of it. 

However, I feel like since the games have not been stopped this year, I will continue supporting our athletes. 

I know that may be very ignorant and hypocritical of me.

How do you like the Expresso bike? My gym just got one, but Im a little intimidated to even ask where it is, much less how it works. :)

snapthistiger:  the Expresso bike is the best stationary bike i have ever ridden.  you never get bored once you start riding the hills and pushing yourself to make your time faster.  i love it and ride it almost every time i go to the gym.

Thai style chicken for @rebeccaruns

Ingredients:

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

- juice from 2 limes

- 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or brown sugar

- a million mashed cloves of garlic (i used 6, but it's a matter of taste)

- about an inch of ginger, grated

- sriracha, sambal or chilli sauce

- fish sauce 

- tamari sauce

- a handful of cilantro leaves roughly chopped

I just whisked all the marinade ingredients together until it tasted right to me. It's a fairly pungent mix, but it's so good that i use it as a base for salad dressings. 

Then I just let my chicken hang out in the marinade for about 5-10 minutes, put everything in a baking dish and let it go for about 30-40 mins at 400F until the chicken was cooked and the marinade had reduced to a nice sauce.
