This is specifically for the song More! Her name is Bekka, and she's the promotional photographer for the band. The reason why she has a costume is because Evelynn half-forced the tailor to make one for her.

I’m always wondering how best to introduce my characters, these events take place many years before the David’s Gate timeline, just like my prologue, so I felt urged to try and paint them out. 

I’ll probably do stuff like this every once in a while.
