A fallen oddity of pathetic excuses" That’s one way I’d like to describe the human existence Or maybe more accurately my existence I wonder when was it that I began to think this way and why What led to it and how? Before I can even beging to crack that egg open It seems to just vanish before my eyes Almost as if a part of my brain doesnt want me going anywhere near it Almost as if a part of me is saying that its nothing worth wasting my time on And almost as if agreeing to the idea I accept and ignore the thought Passing it off as an exhausted tremble of nonsense that I just fed myself. “It doesn’t matter anymore” I deliberate it I amuse myself with the thought “It doesnt matter anymore” Almost like a mantra The concept? The impression? The perception! The perception itself riddles and rings at the back of my head Leaving me once again smiling like an unblemished idiot With my head clear and lucid as a puddle of mud.

Dear Employers of Students:

1: If you stumble upon a human being who is in the process educating themselves- forcing them to work ungodly hours is, shockingly, not doing them a favor. 2: If you expect a 17 year old to have a full resumé and a list of business references, you will be underwhelmed with your finds. 3: That bright young boy that you never bothered to call back? Probably could have done that job better than any college educated bimbo. 4: If you're wondering why your turnover is sky high, TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. Maybe it's because they're exhausted, stressed and over scheduled- and only get ten hours notice to drop all of their school work and mental health so that way they can try to feel like a productive member of society and support themselves.
