Dear Employers of Students:

1: If you stumble upon a human being who is in the process educating themselves- forcing them to work ungodly hours is, shockingly, not doing them a favor. 2: If you expect a 17 year old to have a full resumé and a list of business references, you will be underwhelmed with your finds. 3: That bright young boy that you never bothered to call back? Probably could have done that job better than any college educated bimbo. 4: If you're wondering why your turnover is sky high, TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. Maybe it's because they're exhausted, stressed and over scheduled- and only get ten hours notice to drop all of their school work and mental health so that way they can try to feel like a productive member of society and support themselves.
