i made this very short verrrry dumb video to put on a self-reblog* post earlier cause i very wisely wasn't thinking & forgot videos can't be added to reblogs. it's just to show how short of a time catra's initial expression here is onscreen (.04s) but with a dummy-for-life twist. so here's the video cause i already made it anyway (there is audio & it's literally only 4 seconds long)

Scheduling Nightmare AU

Character A is a werewolf, and they keeping having to come up with more and more creative excuses for why they can’t work on the full moon.

Reverse Romeo & Juliet AU

Character A is the soon to be head of a mob/mafia/yakuza family and Character B is their political-betrothed and yeah, it would’ve worked out great since they already have feelings for each other - except it’s never that easy. Their families are suddenly at each other’s throats and their betrothal is on the verge of being dissolved. What better way to solve this than to run away and elope? (Bonus OT4: Character C is a person from Character B’s ‘family’ that helps them run away, and Character D is a bodyguard for Character A that gets roped into shenanigans. They all end up living happily ever after in a polyamorous relationship far, far away from territory war drama.)

Claw Machine AU

After three weeks of working at the same arcade during the summer time, Character A notices Character B, an arcade patron, being a ‘lil shit™’ and cheating at the claw machine. When taken in for questioning, they blame the patriarchy and say that “all they wanted was the Hello Kitty plushy.”
