marauders phineas and ferb au because unfortunately my brain has been left unsupervised again
sirius is phineas. obviously. terrifyingly optimistic. wakes up every morning like “regulus, i know what we’re gonna do today” and then immediately violates six ministry regulations, three laws of physics, and his aunt’s blood pressure.
regulus is ferb because he says maybe four sentences a week but every single one of them is devastatingly effective. he’s also the one doing all the actual engineering while sirius stands in front of their newest death machine going “isn’t this brilliant?” like he didn’t just invent child endangerment: the sequel.
they’re staying with aunt druella and uncle cygnus for the summer because walburga and orion are off doing something awful and aristocratic, and druella is like “as long as nobody embarrasses the family” while there is literally a rollercoaster going through the conservatory.
narcissa is candace. she spends the entire summer trying to bust them. she is on the verge of a breakdown at all times. she has photographic evidence, signed witness statements, scorch marks, and a full scale replica of stonehenge in the back garden, but the second druella walks outside everything vanishes.
“mother. i am telling you. sirius and regulus built a submarine.”
“that sounds lovely, dear.”
“IN THE FOUNTAIN.”
meanwhile bellatrix and andromeda are supposed to be helping narcissa, but they are absolutely encouraging sirius and regulus instead. andromeda helps because she thinks it’s funny and honestly impressive. bellatrix helps because she wants to see if the thing explodes.
pandora and/or mary as isabella is so real because you KNOW one of them is showing up every day like “whatcha doooooin?” and sirius is just standing there covered in oil and glitter like “building a full magical theme park in the garden” and they’re immediately like “cool. i brought snacks.”
remus is baljeet. stressed. clever. holding a clipboard. begging everyone to consider the consequences. nobody listens to him, but every single project would collapse without him doing the maths in the background.
barty is buford because he’s technically a bully but also somehow part of the friend group and deeply emotionally invested in whatever nonsense is happening. he starts every episode threatening someone and ends every episode helping build a rocket-powered lake monster.
and then there’s the pet situation.
option one: sirius and regulus have perry the platypus as their pet, and nobody questions this because pureblood families already have weird enough animals that a platypus barely registers.
option two, and maybe funnier: they have a dog called padfoot who keeps disappearing all day and everyone thinks he’s just a normal dog, but actually he’s off being a secret agent and fighting voldemort-doofenshmirtz.
voldemort as doofenshmirtz is unfortunately perfect because every single evil plan would be like “behold! the pureblood-inator!” and then it blows up because he got distracted monologuing about his tragic childhood for twenty minutes.
and at the end of every day narcissa finally drags druella outside like “LOOK. LOOK AT WHAT THEY BUILT.” only for padfoot/perry to hit a self-destruct button, vanish the entire thing, and leave sirius and regulus sitting innocently on the lawn.
Hear me out: AU where Megatron and Optimus are coordinators of rival camping activities for younglings and it's an enemy to lovers in the woods and kids love them both because they are just silly and super competitive over stuff like sack race or fishing idk I'm in the mood for some summer AUs
"Maybe we'll meet at a bar, he'll drive a funky car."
somewhere between a road trip and a night out, you found exactly what you weren't looking for.
Part 2: Barou, Yukimiya, Aiku, Gagamaru, Otoya, and Karasu
📝 Requests: OPEN
It started as a simple plan, a road trip with your friends. No maps. No rules. Just music loud enough to drown out everything else and enough bad decisions to make it memorable. You didn’t expect anything serious. Not love, not anything that would last longer than the night.
But somewhere between dusty highways, pit stops and pictures, you found yourselves at a nowhere-town bar, tired, sunburned, laughing, just looking for one more memory before the night ended.
And that’s when you saw him. Not planned. Not even close.
But maybe, just maybe, the universe had better plans than you ever could’ve made.
🦁 Barou Shoei
The one who thought the night was a waste. Until you made him stay.
He hates it here.
Hates the noise.
Hates the sticky floor.
Hates the way everyone’s shouting over each other like they’re the center of the universe.
He wouldn’t have even come if his teammates hadn’t dragged him in with promises of one drink and then leaving.
So he stands near the back, arms folded, jaw tight, glaring at everyone like it’s their fault he’s stuck here.
And then he sees you.
You’re leaning against the bar, laughing at something your friend says.
Easy. Bright.
Like you belong here. Like you belong anywhere.
For a moment, Barou just watches.
Silent. Sharp eyed.
You’re different from the noise.
Not loud. Not desperate for attention.
Just... there.
And somehow, that makes it worse.
He looks away fast. Grunts under his breath.
Focuses on a random crack in the wall like it’s the most interesting thing he’s ever seen.
But when he risks another glance, you’re still there.
And when you catch him looking, really looking, you smile.
Not flirty.
Not fake.
Just real.
It punches the air out of his lungs more effectively than any tackle ever could.
You don’t walk over.
You just hold his gaze for a second longer than polite.
Long enough for him to know if he doesn’t move now, he’ll regret it.
So he does.
Shoulders squared, fists unclenching at his sides, he forces himself across the floor like it’s a battlefield.
When he reaches you, he clears his throat, once, sharp, like he’s trying to reset the whole night.
"You," he says, voice low and rough, "wanna get a drink or not?"
Not smooth.
Not charming.
But you laugh anyway, warm and surprised, and nod.
And somehow, in a nowhere town bar he swore he’d never step foot into again,
He finds something worth staying for.
The one who made everything look perfect. But couldn't fake what he felt when he saw you.
He knows how he looks.
The crisp shirt. The fitted jeans. The slight smirk tugged at his mouth like he already won something without even trying.
Walking into a place like this is nothing to him.
Easy. Expected.
Another night where everyone glances up. Everyone notices.
He barely spares them a look.
He’s here because his friends insisted on stopping for a drink. He told himself he would play nice. Smile a little. Pretend to enjoy it.
And he does. For a while.
Until he sees you.
You are leaning over the bar, arguing with the bartender about some complicated drink with a bright laugh that cuts through the low murmur of voices.
You are effortless. Real.
Not trying to catch attention and somehow pulling it in anyway.
He stands there too long.
Watching. Forgetting to move.
His friend bumps his shoulder with a look that says, Go.
So he does.
Adjusts his collar. Runs a hand through his hair.
Puts on his best smile, the one that usually gets him whatever he wants.
But when he steps up beside you, close enough to smell the faint scent of sunscreen and cheap perfume clinging to your skin, the act falters a little.
"You need some backup there?" he says, voice low, teasing.
You glance at him. Smile without missing a beat.
"I think I'm doing just fine," you reply.
It throws him off more than he expects.
Because you are not impressed by the way he looks or the easy lines he usually tosses out.
You are looking at him like you see all the pieces underneath.
And for the first time tonight, he smiles for real.
Not because he should.
Not because it looks good.
The one who thought he already had everything. Until you made him want more.
He has been here a while already.
Propped up lazily at the bar, drink in hand, half listening to his friends talk about nothing.
Another town, another night that looks exactly like the last one.
He is used to it.
The attention. The easy smiles thrown his way.
It barely fazes him anymore.
He is mid sip, half-considering if he should call it a night, when the door swings open.
And you walk in.
You and a group of your friends, all laughing too loud, still buzzing from the road.
Sun touched skin, wind messed hair, eyes bright like you have not learned to be bored of the world yet.
And suddenly, everything sharpens.
The room does not matter.
The noise fades.
It is you.
You are not even trying.
You are just there. Laughing at something one of your friends says.
Completely unaware that you just knocked the air out of someone.
Aiku leans back against the bar, watching.
Lets a lazy grin pull at his mouth.
And then he moves.
When you reach the counter, he catches your eye.
Tilts his glass toward you in a lazy salute.
"You look like you just made this place a lot more interesting," he says, voice low and amused.
You raise an eyebrow, half-smiling.
"That line always work?" you ask, playful.
He chuckles, setting his drink down.
"Don't know. Guess it depends on who hears it."
And just like that, Aiku forgets every other night that came before this one.
Because suddenly, none of them mattered anyway.
The one you did not expect to notice. But couldn’t look away from.
You are halfway through convincing yourself this bar was a mistake when you see him.
Tucked into the corner near the jukebox, towering over the crowd even when he is trying not to be noticed.
He is not flashy.
Not loud like some of the other guys throwing back shots or shouting over the music.
Just sitting there, half slouched, quiet in a way that somehow draws your eyes back again and again.
At first you think it is just because he is tall.
Easy to spot. Hard to ignore.
But the longer you glance his way, the more you realize it is not just that.
It is the way he watches the room with lazy, thoughtful eyes.
The way he fidgets with the label on his drink, peeling it back like he would rather be anywhere else.
The way he smiles, barely, softly, when his friends joke around and shove at him.
There is something real about him.
Something steady in a place full of noise and motion.
You find yourself drifting closer without even realizing it.
Moving through the crowd until you are standing just a few feet away, pretending to look at the jukebox too.
He notices.
You can feel it, the shift in the air, the way he straightens a little, attention quietly locked on you.
You turn toward him, offering a small smile, unsure if he will take the bait.
He does.
In his own quiet, awkward way, he leans closer, voice low enough that you almost miss it.
"You wanna pick a song?" he asks.
You laugh, surprised by how shy he sounds for someone who looks like he could bench press the bar.
"Only if you help me choose," you tease.
He smiles, real this time.
And somehow, in the middle of nowhere, you realize you just found the calmest, safest place in the whole room.
The one who thought he had you figured out. Until you made him second guess everything.
You do not notice him at first.
The bar is crowded, your friends are laughing too loud, and the music is bouncing off the walls in heavy waves.
You are scanning the room, half looking for a spot to sit, half looking for something more.
And then you see him.
He is tucked near the back, a drink balanced casually in one hand, that lazy, dangerous smile curving at his mouth like he already knows he is the best looking person here.
He leans against the wall like it was built just for him, watching the room without a care in the world.
Your first instinct is to roll your eyes.
You know his type.
Pretty boy. Full of himself. Probably collects phone numbers like souvenirs.
You should look away.
But you do not.
Instead, you find yourself moving closer, pulled by something you do not want to name.
When you reach the bar, you catch his eye.
It is instant, the way his gaze sharpens, the way he pushes off the wall like he had been waiting for you all night.
"Trouble," he says, grinning as he steps into your space. "I can see it already."
You raise an eyebrow, unimpressed.
"Only if you're stupid enough to ask for it," you shoot back.
For a second, he just stares at you, caught off guard.
And then he laughs, real, startled, delighted.
Most people flirt back easily. Most people fall into the rhythm he sets.
But you are different.
You are not falling for anything.
You are making him work.
And Otoya?
He realizes real fast that he would not mind working for you.
The one who knew you were watching. And smiled like he already won.
You do not mean to stare.
You are just scanning the bar, looking for somewhere to sit, when your gaze catches on him.
He is lounging in a booth near the back, stretched out like he owns the place, spinning a drink lazily in his hand.
There are prettier faces in the room. Flashier smiles. Louder laughs.
But somehow, your eyes keep coming back to him.
Maybe it is the way he watches everything without rushing.
Maybe it is the easy confidence rolling off him like he is in on some joke the rest of the room missed.
Whatever it is, you look a second too long.
And he catches you.
Of course he does.
When you glance back, pretending it was all casual, he's already pushing up from his seat, sliding through the crowd with slow, deliberate steps.
By the time you fully process what is happening, he is standing in front of you.
Smirking like he knows exactly what you were thinking.
He leans in just enough that you can hear him over the music.
"Hey cutie," he says, voice low and lazy.
Like he already knows how this night ends.
Like he is giving you a choice you already made.
You feel your heart skip, stupid and traitorous, and you tell yourself it is just the heat, just the alcohol, just the summer night.
But when he offers his hand, palm up, waiting, sure, you do not hesitate.
