In the middle of Stiles' proposition, Derek had looked back at the house, a furrow in his brow and tense shoulders.

“I don't think it exists,” Derek said in a faint, surprised voice, as if he couldn't believe what he was saying.

Stiles barked out a laugh. “Can you see it? Then it's real. Its between two other houses, so it makes more sense to be there than not. What's the point of an empty lot? So... weekend plans?”
