idk if u accept manga rec but theres a manga called boku no noroi kyuuketsukihime that has role reversal element.

the fl is a very powerful vampiress n ml is 'ordinary' special force personnel. despite ml being very capable in fighting he ended up always getting rescued by fl bc his opponents are otherworldly beings. hes also a cutie patootie, always blushing whenever hes with her, n the fl is always so overprotective over him. my only gripes is that she looks like 12 yo lol

however, the author seems to like role reversal alot bc they had a miniseries (untranslated unfortunately) on their twt acct called "女性苦手なアラサーモブ社会人の俺にイケメンすぎる彼女ができました" sometimes abbrev to "イケメン彼女"/"my handsome girlfriend". i feel like this is much more up on ur alley
