Had fun with this weekend baking project: Ultimate Sandwich Bagels, the #recipeoftheyear from @kingarthurbaking. I had never made bagels before and it was easier than I thought it would be. I'd definitely make them again! The sandwich I made was the Chile & Cheese from @hettymckinnon. Cream cheese is mixed with chile oil and scallions, slathered on the top and bottom of the sliced bagels, then played with a fried egg, avocado, and then more chile oil and scallions. Posted @withregram • @buttermilkbysam Perfectly Pillowy… Blueberry Rolls!  For these I worked with @kingarthurbaking and used their #recipeoftheyear Perfectly Pillowy Cinnamon Rolls. The dough is made with the tangzhong method, which you all know I’m a big fan of. Cooking part of the flour and milk together increases the dough’s ability to retain moisture which leads to a very tender roll.
