New recipe! Healthy oats and yogurt cookies! I just love to make those whenever I feel like eating unhealthy cookies from the supermarket. Ingredients: ✳180g of yogurt (any kind you want, I personally prefer greek yogurt) ✳1 tbsp of room temperature butter ✳1/3 a cup of sugar (or any other replacement) ✳1 cup of whole-heat flour ✳1 cup of oats ✳1/2 tsp of baking soda Directions: 1# preheat the oven to 180°C 2# cover a baking tray with baking sheet and set it apart 3# In a bowl, whisk the yogurt, the butter and the sugar together 4# Then, slowly, and while whisking, add the flour, the oats and the baking soda. 5# With a spoon, lay the misture in the tray, shaping it into balls about the size of a golf ball (be aware that they will grow, so don't make them to big!) 6# Put the in the oven and let it cook for about 15 minutes 7# Take them out and let them cool down 8# Eat your heart out 😂😂 I hope you like this recipe has much as I enjoy it!
