I went on the bus and gave the driver a one zone ticket and told him him I am going to Prospect and Essex very nicely. The driver is a very black dark skinned driver with an accent. The diver responded and said, come here boy, do you know who you are dealing with, I'm the most "DANGEROUS" NJ Transit driver. This driver had tried to intimate me several time before and other passengers on this route. Every-time, I go one the bus and give him the ticket, he said something. This driver has some serious mental issues and is a treat to the public and a serious liability to NJ Transit. This driver threatens me daily on several occasions and other passengers daily on this route and MUST be removed from this route, NJ Transit as a driver and should be fired. I am a lawyer and going to file a lawsuit again NJ Transit about this driver if he is NOT been removed from this route and fired from this company. This driver has very very serious mental issues and is a liability to NJ Transit. Please removed this sick person from the company "PLEASE". On Friday October the 6th, at about 5.55pm, i took the Bus # 780:- 6073 going from HACKENSACK, NJ TERMINAL TO PASSAIC, NJ and I came off the bus at Prospect and Essex Street. This African American driver with an Accent told me to go "SUCK MY MOTHER" because I was walking slow off the bus. This driver is very sick and may need some mental evaluation. This driver should not be driving this bus, he goes around and crust at passengers, I have two other people told me he did the same or similar words at them. This driver MUST BE FIRED OR REMOVED AS A DRIVER. THIS DRIVE IS A LIABILITY TO NJ TRANSIT BECAUSE I AN GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST NJ TRANSIT IF THEY DO NOT REMOVED THIS DRIVER. Car driver get a ticket for crashing into a NJ Transit bus.

It is sad that these reckless bus drivers get away with act of legalized murder when they kill a citizen or passengers. The bus drivers do not get a ticket or go to jail but a car driver crashed into a NJ Transit bus and get a ticket. What is wrong with this? Devoted son dies when reckless Coach USA Haitian native bus driver Wilson Romaine run Deshon over with a NJ Transit bus.

Deshon Johnson This was not a bus accident is right out negligent and vehicular murder. The bus driver saw Deshon twice at the assigned bus stop when he flagged the bus down and at the third spot on the diagram when he proceeded to the corner Broad Street and Bay to knock at the bus front door. Instead of Wilson Romaine stopping the bus he jumped the curb and run over Deshon twice while then dragged him to the next block around the corner while making a turn on Bay Avenue. Look at the diagram below and the witness statement telling Essex County Vehicular Homicide that Deshon was at the corner not in the street like the bus company prosecutor and the judge saying he was running in the street. Also, look at the bus driver conversation of seeing Deshon. Deshon did not have any children but he leaves behind his disabled mother whom he was taken care of from a Bloomfield NJ police chase that crashed into his mother car. Deshon's case should not have been investigated by Essex County Homicide Detectives because it is biased. The county should not be investigating their own incident. There should have been a third-party investigation. The head homicide prosecutor used to work for NJ Transit as a reconstruction accident and an NJ Transit police.  On the day of Deshon's death, there was a lot of construction going on and there was not a county police station there.                                                                                           The county and town trying not be held accountable for Deshon’s death because Essex County Chief of Prosecutors trying to say that Deshon was killed on a town road which is Bay Avenue. In the newspaper articles, I read that the Mayor of Bloomfield trying to say that Deshon was killed on the county road; which is Broad Street. The bottom line is that Deshon was killed and no one wants to be held accountable for Deshon's death. Yes, the bus company wants to push hush money to Deshon's mother and think that is a way to hold the bus company accountable. Well...I hear to tell you it is not about the money. Coach USA Reckless Bus Driver charged in 10 vehicle incident in South Brunswick. He didn’t look at the road for 10 seconds. 

Coach USA reckless bus driver is charged with vehicular assault in a ten car incident within a row of South Brunswick Deshon Johnson 22-year-old Afro-American Christian Nobel Ross 21-years-old Haitian Black American were killed by Coach USA Bus Drivers and both bus drivers were not charged in Essex County. Both victims witnesses stated that Deshon was Nobel was on the sidewalk when their reckless bus drivers killed them. Nobel was killed January 23, 2012, in Orange NJ and Johnson was killed July 18, 2012, Bloomfield NJ. All be knowns to me, Johnson and Noble grew up in the same building living across from one another. They were friends and attended Montclair High School, The Essex County Homicide Prosecutors Detective are covering up these two young people deaths for the bus company.
