"This is a peaceful remix of the Brinstar Depths (Red Soil) theme from Super Metroid, reinterpreted to serve as a theme for the wise and ancient Chozo. The minor chords of the original Red Soil song have been partly replaced with major scale writing, replacing feelings of uncertainty and tension with a more gentle, comforting mood. The beat has also been largely altered, with an extra bar added after every two measures. The music itself was intended to reflect ancient wisdom, a sad history, and hope for the future."
