Here to introduce you to my first ever attempt at fan-children:

Black Bean Cookie & Red Shell Cookie (Manjagae twins)

I figured they were baked/born in someway??? I dunno. I'm taking inspiration from @asknillamilkfam and haven't decided. Maybe someone has a better idea.

Black Bean is a lot like her mom. She is very loud and strong willed. She doesn't have a temper like her parents though. She can be very blunt, but does have soft spot for her family.

Red Shell wants nothing to do with his sister's level of energy. He wants to sit in his room and read books in peace. He is different from the rest of his family. All he wants is some peace and quiet for once in his life.

Red Shell is pretty shy. He doesn't express himself much and tends to bottle up his emotions. He never really opened up like his parents hoped he would, but they're just patient with him.

The twins are pretty close, though Black Bean often unintentionally steamrolls Red Shell into doing what she wants. She also tries to go out of her way to make him happy, like buying him books and notebooks.

Red Shell does what he can for Black Bean. He covers up for her mistakes and comforts her when he can.

They often don't understand each other, sometimes speaking past each other entirely, but they do their best.

When Black Bean was little, she was one of the kids who would poke their parents until they paid attention to her. If Red Shell wanted Jagae and/or Manju's attention, he'd get Black Bean to get their attention.

They used to have more sibling rivalry, especially because of Red Shell's lack of communication, but have now come to a tentative understanding. (With brewing resentment, but I'll figure that out more later)

They are also twelve years old.
