It doesn't seem like Lady lost her precious necklace when she lost the fight with Urisen and was captured while flying in Artemis's body. She didn't lose it in Temen-ni-gru, and she didn't lose it on Fortuna. She went to the Qlippoth tree without it. At least, there's no trace of a necklace around her neck.
