Quite some time ago, some descendent chapters from The Blood Angels realised a strange... Quirk that came Theyr HORRIBLE curse, The Red Thrist. The Angels Vermillion are THE ONES who seem to do It more, but It is belived that every Blood Angel chapter (Not The Lamenters Because they are "cured") engages in some level of Ritual Blood Drinking.
The frequent use of Blood, aswell as ART, training as meditation is known to make Blood Angel Control The Red Thrist and to retard The Black Rage in DECADES, Also having The side effect of making them live EVEN Longer than "normal" Astartes.
On the Other side, Anna is a Perpetual "Saint", a Human being with supernatural almost Immediat regeneration of most Would be mortal Wounds, including but not limited to dismemberment, decapitation and massive Blood Loss.
She doesn't die from being sucked dry by a 2.5 meter Golden Retriever, and She sure won't from giving some 12 Liters of Blood (humans usually have around 4 at a time) to Help a bunch of Sad depressed vampires in need.
Here we have a Blood Angel Chaplain (The older Priest/Father figure/THERAPY dude that takes Care of The mental and emotional side of theyr acursed chapter, conducting rituald and keeping up morale and Such, and a Very Old Very NOT GREEDY HOW DARE YOU Elder Sororitas who Took the strange immortal Saint into The Sacred Roses.
Also her beaten up Sacred Rose monastery could use some Blood Angel cash— She likes helping The Angels EVEN If It tires her and Hurts.
