A pistol is holstered and a saber is sheathed - arms instantly throwing themselves around the young girl who had already seen too much. They were just glad to see, well... Almost all of their friends okay. They only hoped the small gesture of a hug would help even the slightest bit.

If only Ruby hadn’t looked so damn alluring in the faint light of the candle. A regular routine between them; spend entire nights just writing, writing songs. The younger always insisted in keeping the room dark, with a single candle to light it, as it provided a ‘nice mood’. For Blake, it was a time she needed to RESTRAIN herself from jumping onto Ruby and kissing her. If they were not supposed to be producing music for their band, she would not need to restrain herself. 

“ Ruby- ” is all Blake breathed before she was on the other, one hand pressed into the matress they sat on to steady herself, while the other pressed against the back of Ruby’s neck. When she placed her lips on her lover’s, there was nothing graceful about it; rather, it was a lustful need. Her teeth dragged along the other’s lower lip before she pulled on it gently-- then pressed forward, tongue running along the other’s lips.
