In Failume Heights, Wise sat waiting at the cable car entrance in Failume Heights, looking at the wallpaper of Trigger on his phone. He had photographed one of the rare times she was out of her military uniform, her smile somehow more radiant than ever. What Wise didn't know was that one of his other female friends could see his phone background quite easily where he sat...
Yuzuha peeked around the corner, staring at Wise's phone. A grin started to form on her face. Slowly walking up, hands in her pockets, she leaned over Wise's shoulder. "Who's the girl? Someone from Obol?"
The she-orc huffed and stared at the vulpine beastfolk. "What do you want from me, dog?" she demanded in a gruff voice.
The white-furred fox-man blushes, looking away for a moment upon realizing he forgot what he was going to ask her, as he got caught up in... admiring her. "Ohhh, hi..! I'm not a dog, but that aside, ahem-" He says, clearing hsi throat as he forces himself into a more business-like composure. "I heard that if I want someone with knowledge of this region, that I should come here..?" He asks, as he steadies himself. "Though for some reason, I feel like I might've been given only half the information I need..." He admits, partly to himself... He's so embarrassed.
"Ven, don't getcha self locked up, please..." said Sergio.
"I'm afraid that's something I cannot promise at the moment. Knowing Nefarious, he's probably going to try and do something, and when he does I won't hesitate to do what needs to be done in order to keep my brother safe."
@redemptioninchaos liked for a starter!
Jeane was spending her day in a surprising level of comfort. She was outside at the nearby park, with one of her notebooks open to one of her more experimental glyph patterns. She was studying it with some intensity, running calculations in her head about how this might function if certain aether levels were run through it.
Jeane had no indication that someone, anyone, was approaching her...

I recently moved to North Carolina, and surprisingly the weather here is even *more* unpredictable compared to where I'd been before. I've also noticed the air is much dryer here. I was not prepared for how much pollen we get here in the spring. Bought a new car and then suddenly it turned from grey to yellow.
It also doesn't rain much here. My dad tries to grow grass, but we don't get enough rain for it to last long, and water's expensive here. Is Tennessee like this?
North Carolina should generally be pretty humid, especially as we get into the warmer months. Though i suppose you're deep within the western mountains, you might be drier due to the rain shadow effect. We're also having a very unusually dry spring in general.
East Tennessee is pretty similar to most of North Carolina in terms of climate. And pollen. This was my car one year when it wasn't running so I didn't keep up with washing it throughout spring lol
Sergio barged into Random Play in his pinstripe suit and shades. He looked to Belle and said, "Where the hell is he? Where's that fuckboy Wolf Thiren?"
Asher pops his head from behind the counter, tilting his head. He wasn't shifted. Belle almost screamed when Sergio barged in. "W-what's wrong?"
Asher leaned on the counter.
