Have you tried watching the new season? I kind of stopped after Clara showed up but the new season is reminiscent of what got me into the series. (There are a few duds. The forest and Robin Hood episodes.). You should really try it out.

I stopped watching after last season. I watched about 30 seconds of this season’s first episode and lost interest. The last few seasons have been nothing but confusing, contradictory, repetitive, and frankly painful to sit through (and not in a good way like with 10). 

I don’t necessarily have anything against Clara as a companion, but I also don’t find her to be an interesting character.

I have no plans to watch it but maybe someday if I miraculously have no responsibilities, temporarily lose interest in One Direction, and get really bored, then maybe I will, but like I said, I’m not planning on it…. I don’t see any reason to, which is kind of sad, especially considering that this entire blog was originally dedicated to that show.
