James was beyond excited. When SHIELD had first informed him that Natasha was one of their agents, he hadn't even believed them, but then Steve had told him all about his new team, including the Black Widow, and he knew that his friend wouldn't lie to him, even if he didn't understand the significance.
So, he tracked her down. They had been separated so many times before, but now they would finally be together again, and James promised himself that it would be the final time. They wouldn't be separated from one another again. He knocked on the door that he knew was hers, soft smile making it's way to his lips.
Sounds lovely. Already had a cup, though.

James lounged in one of the many armchairs in the trendy little coffee shop. Another empty armchair sat across from him, a cup of coffee getting cold on the table in front of him. Where oh where was Natasha?
He sipped at his own coffee, patient. He knew she wouldn't stand him up. She would be there soon.
