Goals

I'm setting some goals for myself (just small ones) that I want to get into the habit of doing every day. The reason I'm posting it on here is that I did something like this a year or two ago on my old blog, and posting it online for everyone to see actually encouraged me to do the tasks more. So here goes!

1. Read at least 10 pages of something every day.

2. Write every day - a letter, a song, a poem, a story - whatever.

3. Take my medication (this is actually more of a reminder than a goal but bear with me).

4. Go for a walk.

5. Play guitar.

6. Listen to music through speakers.

7. Learn something new/try something new.

8. Take photos.

9. Have coffee every morning (it always makes me feel better and recently I've been too lazy to make it).

10. Blog.

Anyways, these are my 10 goals that I want to start accomplishing daily. What are yours?

it's 5 AM. i haven't slept more than 2 hours in the past 3 days. this is getting ridiculous.

anyways, when you're bored and it's 5 AM, it's a good time to blog, right? right.

so, i'm currently watching bates motel. anyone else been keeping up with this show? if not, go start - it's only 3 episodes in so far and i think it's great. it's a prequel to psycho, so obviously it's gonna be good (although i guess i can't really make that snap judgment because watchmen was great, but the prequels...not so much). i missed the episode tonight (er, last night) though so i'm catching up now!

but yeah. it's a great show. and man, i thought i had a tough time in high school, but norman? that kid's got it so rough! haha. also, i'm slightly convinced that the character "emma" is based off of me. especially after reading her "blog". not only are our names similar, but almost everything about us! the music we listen to, shows we watch, books we read, etc. plus i've also got a chronic illness (it's not as bad as hers) and am from manchester. so...who created this show? are they stalking me? hahaha.

hold on, i'll be right back. i didn't have dinner and now i'm getting hungry.

okay, i'm back! i made a cheese and pickle sandwich. i know, you're probably thinking that's gross. but i love it. and when you don't eat meat, your sandwich options are pretty limited!

wow. 5:30 AM now. soon everyone in the world will be getting up to go to work/school/etc. and i'll be sitting here...wishing i could sleep. thank goodness i don't have work tomorrow.

speaking of work, have i mentioned how much i love my new job? although i've been working there for nearly 2 months now so i feel like i can't really call it "new" anymore. and there's a new guy there now, so i'm not even the new kid anymore! i'm a part of the family! haha.

okay i don't know where this blog is going. if you've read until this point, i want to send you a mix cd. leave your name and address in my ask and i'll send you one. 'cause you rule.

and now, you're down on your knees twice a week one time for the pay the other time to pray

the world looks pretty big when you have to beg you're bound to get dirty, sitting on the floor i would have held you up, with my broken arms but i don't know who you are anymore
