Shiki Eiki and Raiko Horikawa!

Do you love/hate this character?Eiki: Eiki is in my top, she’s totally amazing. Because judges are cool, conviction is cool, and serious, hardworking girls are also really cool. I like her theme, it sounds good on piano.Raiko: Not much is known about her since wow, only an Extra stage. She has a nice theme, I think it’s perfect for her. Also beautiful on piano. She’s overall pretty awesome, interesting drum danmaku too.

What’s your favorite trait of this character?Eiki: Conviction! Anyway, I like her hat too. She kind of reminds me of Lind from Ah! My Goddess! personality wise and looks wise. She would be the smart serious friend who always makes you want to do better. Could be a very good teacher.Raiko: Character design, also. I can’t believe she doesn’t have ruffles.

What’s your favorite moment/event involving this character?Eiki: Convictor Yamaxanadu totally overdid her, but it is a good video.Raiko: She’s one of the more fun bosses…well, if only the Tsukumos weren’t around. What is it with mid-bosses (Keine, Chen, Ran, Nue, Tsukumos, Kanako) that are harder than actual extra bosses? Fun danmaku to fool around with. Lots of danger, but doesn’t make you feel horrible i.e. Keine: “Past ‘Old History’”, Nue: “Unknown Skyfish in Unknown Pattern or whatever”.

If you could have one power/attribute/etc. of this character, what would it be?Eiki: Her conviction to everything The power to see the light and dark in others. Also, public speaking A+++.Raiko: Musical ability.

When did you fall in love/hate with this character?Eiki: Going back once again to Touhou Pocket Wars Evo, Eiki is this beautiful all-around attacker with good support spell cards and good stats and also cute avatar.Raiko: She’s one of those ‘instant like’ characters, much like Mamizou.

Who’s your OTP for this character?Eiki: There’s really only EikiKomachi, and I don’t ship it. She’s best single.Raiko: You can only ship her with the rest of the club, as well. No ship.

Fuck Titles, I'm just blogging

Hopefully, Nazrin's not trying to meditate at the moment, because the figure approaching the temple this time is making a lot of noise as she walked up the temple steps, idly and without thinking drumming up a small storm. Raiko was here for a reason, and she wasn't even considering that she might be making an annoyance - really, if she was, she'd already have to reconsider. But there she was, stepping through and into the temple courtyard, looking for any sign of a presence - ah, there was one!

Her drumming slowly subsided, and by the time she was walking up to Nazrin, it was little more than a low, single-handed drumroll. "Yo, this is Myouren, right?" she asked, grinning down at the mouse. "I'm lookin' for the Myouren Temple. Name's Raiko. Who might I be speakin' to?"

Shrine Maidens Know Everything

Just a night or two earlier, Raiko had made the decision to find herself a place to live. She'd need one, after all, even if she didn't worry too much about anything, to have a place for the band she was going to organize. And where else to go than to the shrine maiden who'd so handily defeated her?

And that's how Raiko found herself walking up the steps to the Hakurei Shrine, idly drumming on a floating snare as she stepped up. Surely Reimu wouldn't mind the steady, rhythmic beating of a snare drum approaching, right? "Yo, Hakurei!" she called out once she was close enough, continuing to tap the floating drum with one hand while she held the other up to her mouth. "Are you here, or am I gonna have to wait?"
