Red Hunters
So winter is over, and I definitely can say that I did not take advantage of the rain and all the snow that came from it. Practicing a sport in the mountains or at higher elevations can actually increase your cardiovascular and respiratory health systems as they both go hand in hand when trying to breath fresh and clean air. Your body receives less oxygen at higher altitudes, when your body exercises and exerts more energy, you try to consume more oxygen, but in reality we just breath air faster and this is why we become so ravenous after exercise at higher altitudes. Over time our bodies adjust to the higher altitude and when we return to the bottom of the mountain we actually feel stronger and or healthier for a short moment, at least until smog enters our systems again. I encourage everyone to grab a board or something that floats and go in the ocean since its summer now, I know I will be doing so. 🌅🏄🏻♂️ ————————————————— ————————————————— ————————————————— #winterisover #winterend #snowboard🏂 #snowboarder #redhunters #redgloves #jumpsuit #shredder #shredsauce #advantage #snow #rain #practicing #sport #higheraltitude #altitudes #oxygen #breath #cleanair #freshair #respiratorysystem #cardiovascularhealth #o2l #fungram #snowgram #body #mountain #mountaingram #coolhunter #consultation (at Mountain High) https://www.instagram.com/p/BwFZj6pFBUC/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1koii1ef4oy86
