Oasis Springs Business District

This is the Business District in my Las Vegas style makeover of Oasis Springs for my Redneck Chic Willow Creek (Catfish Creek) game save.  From Left to Right you have  Moobies (fast food restaurant), Temptations (burlesque nightclub), Easy Rider Motorcycles (retail shop), and The Full Throttle Saloon (bar).

What is CPilk?

CPilk (or Cowplant Milk) starts it's journey at a Cowplant Farm just like this one.

In a pasture similar to what you see here, special genetically modified Cowplants are raised in atomically enriched soil to ensure maximum  CPilk production. Every day the Cowplants are taken to a milking station where that creamy grayish goodness is transferred into a holding tank. Then it's off to the lab where our CPilk technicians pasteurize, homogenize and agonize over the CPilk so it may be used in all kinds of wonderful CPilk Products

Once background radiation levels meet  CCDA standards the delicious CPilk is turned into Chips, Cheeses, and canned and bottled for use with your favorite recipes or on your kids favorite cereal. Lastly, the CPilk products are either delivered by your local CPilkman, or sold at participating Farmers Markets like the one you see here.

After much civil debate over at the Bayou Diablemarais Roadhouse (and probably a little to much illegal moonshine), the townsfolk were called to order and a vote was finally taken. The town formerly known as The Redneck Chic Willow Creek Renovation Project now has an official name. 

For those who can’t read Simlish, the new billboard in Downtown reads “Welcome To Catfish Creek” and the slogan at the bottom reads, “Where the only thing Redder than our Necks is our Fire Trucks!”

It was an agonizing decision to pick a winner from so many wonderful suggestions, but in the end it was gellysims’s name that won me, Mortimer, and the rest of the townsfolk over. Thank you all so much for your suggestions.

As for you gellysim, you have been elected to be Mayor of  Catfish Creek and as such you will need to make your selfsim available on the in game gallery so I can install her in her office at City Hall, as well as make the custom posters I spoke about yesterday.  When you get the chance please contact me via my inbox here at tumblr to make this happen. 

Once all the details are in place, and the custom content created you can all expect to see a City Hall build tour featuring the town’s new Mayor.  Thanks again so much to all of you for following me, and especially to those who took part in my little contest.

Well this is it, the end of the build tour. I really hope you enjoyed it and all the picture spam on the dash of my followers wasn’t too annoying. If you missed the previous three installments of this build tour you can find all the links here in Part Three. 

I want to thank all of the talented CC creators who’s work made this vision of mine possible. I also would like to give a special big thanks to budgie2budgie and sg5150 who took a personal interest in this build project and who took it upon themselves to take time out of their day to teach me, and hold my hands as I took my first steps into CC creation.  I think they will both agree that their efforts have paid off.

As promised in Part One of this build tour, I am going to provide a download link for all of the custom content that budgie2budgie and I created specifically for this build.  This custom content set also includes the Speed World Drag Strip Baseball Hat and T-Shirt (available for both sexes) that I created especially for this build tour that you can see Mortimer modeling in Part One of the build tour.

As with all of my builds you can find this Drag Strip in my Sim Doughnut gallery.  It is set up as a Bar, but you are free to make it into whatever you’d like. As I told budgie earlier today, you can turn it into a  neon pink bunny farm for all i care. Now that the build is done, it is yours to play with. Go Nuts. 

I should forewarn you this is very CC heavy build so please don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t look exactly like the pictures when you download it. My builds as a rule are like a coloring book, what you see in my build tour pictures is a finished book that I colored, you get to color your own.

Welcome to part two of the Speed World Drag Strip build tour. If you missed Part One you can find it HERE.

Cars and Diners (or in this case a snack bar) just seem to go hand in hand, and growing up  I was surrounded by plenty of both. Once again you can see the versatility of aroundthesims4′s American Diner being put to use, as well as more of sg5150′s vehicles. Esmeralda’s motorcycles and kiwisims4′s gorgeous dumpster (what a weird combination of words that is) were late addtions to the build. The custom food signs, menu boards and snack bar signs also were added recently after budgie2budgie and sg5150 started me on the path to CC creation. I am very grateful to them for that. “Look what I made Mom!”

Now let’s shift this build tour into third gear because Part Three is coming right up!
