I tried my hand at converting something! It seems to have worked! Yay!

This is the "Arrr Ye Eating That" Dining Table from TS4 Base Game.

There are 11 recolours, swatches included. Files are compressed but not yet merged for easy removal of recolours you don't want.

If there is something wrong with this please let me know, this is my first time converting/uploading CC.

Thank you to @jinxxsims for the conversion tutorial! I have a few bald spots now from tearing my hair out trying to get this to work, but it did thanks to you! :)

There was a blue sheen on many of the sofas that I had converted. I had never realized this before and I quickly went back to fix every sofa. please redownload all sofas in the zip file and let them replace the old ones.

LOL, okay... thought I try my hand at making lips for my darker skinned males. Wanted something a bit more natural and not colorful. It’s not perfect but I think it gives the males a nice, natural look. Hopefully it can be useful for your sim males. Don’t laugh to hard at my first try.  😅 😜

No mesh needed, uses the base game lipstick

I edited the file to reduce shine, better lip shape and reduced the orange hue around the lip. Same file, let it overwrite and your sims will still be wearing without the need to edit your sims. Thank you.

Story Saturday 

So this guy came and “fixed” our family PC with all of my digital art software on it (100s of pounds worth) and now my tablet won’t even work because it doesn’t have the software to and I’m literally so angry

Hey! Just wanted to let you know your updated version of “Arrr Ye Eating That” Dining Table 4t2 is causing my game to crash on loading a lot (did 50/50 method and narrowed it down to that file). It only crashes on a lot with a specific Maxis table so I think the GUID overwriting the table issue is still present. All other lots without that Maxis table are fine with the cc installed.

Thank you so much for letting me know. You’re totally right, I had a look, do you by chance have the merged file? Because that file did still include the old GUID!

I have updated the file now and tested in game, it should work now. Remember to only pick either the merged file OR the mesh + RCs, not both.

Please let me know if it’s still crashing your game!
