Long story short I named her after Taylor Swifts song (Red and the album) because it gave me hope when I was in ICU (it was released around my birthday just before my big op so it represents everything. My life.). Begin sitting on the floor with your knees bent in front of you and feet on the floor. Slowly lay down by lowering to forearms and then all the way down. Lift your hips off the ground and slowly lower back down allowing them to settle naturally. Inhale as you slowly lengthen your right leg and let it relax onto the floor. Do the same with your left leg. Relax your muscles. Your feet will turn out slightly. 2. With your arms by your side slowly push through them lifting your head slightly before lowering it back down and relaxing into a natural position. Close your eyes and keep breathing. If your neck is too sore put a pillow there. Make sure your shoulders are away from your head and relaxed. 3. Lift your arms toward the sky before slowly bringing them back too the floor allowing them to lie relaxed against the ground with your palms up and hands relaxed also. Hold for as long.
