PZZA! & Salute Savages! This is my homemade 2022' frozen za' sauce first time use. No problems thawing and it only took 1 minute in the microwave. It's totally fine to freeze jars of your own pizza sauce, if you want, js. I made my one day red star yeast dough earlier this morning with CERESOTA flour. I added my sauce then 3 cloves of sliced garlic from I Love Produce, LLC, a diced red pepper and then a thinly sliced small onion from our garden. (just like my tomatoe sauce) and 2 slices of Farmland bacon. It's all bedded on a thin shredded Wisconsin Finest Mozzarella cheese. I usually bake my PZZA'S at 525°F for 🔟 minutes on my preheated Bakingsteel then about 1 minute under the broiler. The browned cornicione has a really nice crunch from my personal 70% hydration recipe.
