Anti-inflammatory foods ☁️
You are what you eat so, as I'm trying to reduce inflammation in my body and soul, both spiritually and practically, I'm looking for the best anti-inflammatory diet. My goal is to maintain it for a certain period of time (probably 1/2 months), trying to minimize sugars, processed foods, and other inflammatory substances like coffee, to then reintroduce them a little bit, but without returning to my current diet.
(Obviously this is not a complete list and I'm not a doctor, it is only intended as a light post with some informal information. Look further into it if you want to learn more about this subject. I also chose the foods on this list based on what I found more interesting. ♡)
🥬 Vegetables: spinach, leafy greens, tomatoes, broccoli, kale and collards
🐟 Fish: salmon, tuna, sardines and mackerel
🍒 Fruits: apples, avocados, berries, oranges and cherries
🥜 Nuts and seeds: chia seeds, walnuts, almonds
🫒 Healthy fats: extra virgin olive oil
