Ingredients: 8 oz bow tie pasta. 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 cups fresh spinach. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup red wine. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions: Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
