 ❛ you know i wouldn't accept my mother's bones if they ever found her . ❜  in here , she's seen some of the people hold their beloveds' ashes in their homes . and she remembers her own mother being asked if she wanted to keep her father's ashes , she firmly said no . it doesn't matter , ashes can't bring them back . won't make you see them again either , but it's an act of disrespect if you ask akina . why wouldn't they live with their father's ashes ? never forget him , mourn until they had no tears left to cry . it's a torture , akina thinks death should torture others too . min-jeong's death was a scandalous one , for once , akina hasn't tried to flirt with dong-sik or say anything to irritate him .  ❛ . . . i don't think it's fair for her . but i still wouldn't . ❜  a pause , he's drinking soju , she's sitting in front of him without a single drop touching her mouth . they let him stay in this pub because she was with him . the owner was an old lady that kept saying akina looked like her dead daughter , that she had the prettiest eyes ever . akina's gaze is fixed on nothing in particular , maybe the empty soju glass .
