God!AU thoughts infesting the good ol' smooth brain of mine again
Bbh joined Dream's little manhunt things because Dream felt it was a little unfair he was fighting two inexperienced mortals. After he joins, things get SIGNIFICANTLY HARDER for Dream.
Then Antfrost, the hybrid cat-human thing had been shunned from literally every village. He made the mistake of shouting "I challenge Dream himself to fight me if that's what'll make you guys treat me with respect!!" Aaaaand in the night he dissapeared, only to wake up on the hand of the one and only king of gods, ready to accept his informal challenge. No one thinks he'll be much use at all, but he's exceptional at gathering resources for them and the team eventually warm up to the new shy cat guy.

Dream originally was going to explain that Ant would have to wait until George was done, until George asked them to join them (it's in the rules that he can have as much help as he wants so-)
So now BBH is taking care of Ant on his off time (since they don't have a home anymore) and taking a mortal form at least once a month- usually once a week- to help the mortals fight Dream
(I really need to get around to writing a fic for this before everyone ends up making headcannons for it and I can't put in the canon story I have in my brain-)
