Tommys village has made him a human sacrifice for a group of gods (SBI) for causing so much trouble in his village. He’s tied up at the base of a tree with food and trinkets surrounding him as an offering. The three gods come after he’s been left there in the harsh cold and he’s begging for them to not hurt him. They all immediately know this boy is something more, and decide to take the boy to live with them, since they know he will die out here. Hurt/comfort ensues!!

All the gods have a "True Form", a strange, almost Lovecraftian representation of their very spirit.
I said before Dream's would be a massive white orb with a smily face on it.
But I've come up with some ideas for others-
Tubbo's is a huge flaming Scales (like y'know the law scales) held in complete balance with thousands of bee wings on its back.
Techno's could be a massive bloodied crown with bloody tentacles, with thousands upon thousands of bloodstained swords and axes and various seige weapons floating around it. My working theory is any weapon used for war is added to his form.
I was thinking for Wilbur and the best thing I could come up with is a giant literal wound in the earth with a lightening-covered snake coming out of it, surrounded by tnt. The snake's eyes are NOT to be looked into, as it will drive you violently insane IMMEDIATELY, as opposed to the slow madness a mortal usually experience upon viewing a god's true form.
Phil's could be a gigantic bleeding heart with a thousand wings and a million eyes. The eyes, thankfully, are "safe" to look into unlike Wilbur's.

Does that mean that Tommy and Ranboo have these forms as well, since they're demigods that started out as humans like Tubbo and Tubbo has one? It's really cool to think about!!!
Oml God(but not god au, uhhhh World Creator?)!Philza snatching up kids on the reasoning he made the world and they're his kids technically-
Would the kids care at all that they've just been snatched from their parents or would they prefer Dadza? xD

I don't think they would mind too much since after being taken their practically pampered and completely indulges for the rest of their lives (like, being treated like trophy pets-)
The only ones that are actually considered his kids and treated like people is the SBI-
And kinda Tubbo- granted- he was added to the family because Tommy (who was taken at a younger age then the other 2, so was raised to think this was okay) saw Tubbo and begged Philza to let him have them- like begging your parent for a pet- And Philza gave Tubbo to Tommy (who is giant sized in Philza's realm) and told his son to take good care of them, and now Tubbo is just stuck with Tommy for the rest of eternity-
(basically- because Tommy was taken at such a young age, growing up and seeing Philza take human children in as if their just pets, he ended up assuming that was okay and wanted to do what Philza does- so- Tubbo became Tommy's human-)
Wait. I just realised something dark for the God!Philza AU (not to be confused with God AU)
In Minecraft hardcore, you have to create and delete a lot of worlds.
What I'm getting at is, what if this world wasn't Philza's first? What if he's destroyed countless other worlds after they get boring? And what if the denizens of this world somehow hear about the other worlds and how Phil simply got bored of then over time?

I don't wanna think that Phil would do that, but- when you give someone power and immortality, it's easy for them to become bored, to leave behind the things they own- like how in video games when you get bored of the story and world your in you leave it and make something new
It's like a world reset- to try again, to be more interesting. Phil has had worlds where he's peaceful and helps, and worlds where he's chaotic and kills people at the smallest of mistakes, and worlds that are a mixture of both.
Some worlds he'll openly let know about the ones that came before, others, he'll hide it.
Of course, sometimes he'll save people from some worlds if he becomes attached (SBI), but usually after those kids he's raised are grown up, he'll just throw them back into the world- where they're now defenseless, having been raised like a trophy pet, getting groomed and having special treatment; these people usually die from how ignorant they are of the world and mankind's evil.
(but yeah, the SBI are raised as his actual kids and he keeps them around no matter how many world resets he does- as well as teaching them self defense and how to handle mankind. They're treated as people and thrive because of it)
Dream was a mortal that was tired of their god constantly killing and torturing the people of their world. So he gathered a small group of friends to fight Philza, and save their people- but they loose, and Dream is forced to watch each of his closest friends dying a horrible death.
Instead of killing the foolish mortal, Phil has another punishment in mind-
Each universe reset, Dream with live on in immortality with all of his memories of the past universes. But- eventually his friends will be resurrected (without memories) in each universe in such a way that will allow them to become close to Dream again- only for Dream to be forced to watch them be killed in some painful way each and every time-
What if, when wearing the reaper's cloak you're able to hold onto souls in your stomach for as long as you like. In most cases this is used to simply relax people on their way to death.
In the case of Tommy's first visit to the garden after his first reaper job- (imagining him being big enough to nom)
Phil, sternly: "Tommy. Why is your stomach glowing blue?"
Tommy, stuffing more into his mouth: "noffin. you're theein thit ol' man-
Agressive gulping noises"

Death trusts Tommy with the cloak, they know he can handle this responsibility after years of the boy helping them with taking souls....
Cut to: Bad and Philza trying to stop Tommy from nomming souls as they wonder "WHY THE MUFFIN WOULD DEATH TRUST TOMMY WITH THIS-"

Phil is the god of fertility and relationships (FAMILIAL- FAMILIAL AND FRIENDSHIPS MAINLY- THERE IS A GOD OF LOVE FOR ROMANCE-) and so he has a soft spot for the humans, always having a presence when one is born and getting to see them grow up when ever he visits the human soul room (as little as he does since it's tramatizing-). He loves to come down and be with the mortals, he care so much for them as if they were all his own- well- technically they are because of what he's the god of- but he cares deeply for all humans, and is always hurt to see them being cruel to each other-
