These cookies are a delightful treat with a surprise Reese's Peanut Butter Cup hidden inside a soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups chocolate chips. 24 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough, wrap each Reese's Peanut Butter Cup completely, ensuring it is fully enclosed within the cookie dough. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!
