Play it, either on your phone or your PC. Keep a watchful eye for typos, random strings of code that might have sneaked into the text, bizarre balance issues (such as having negative values of something for too long, or having over 100 of them for too long), illogical narrative transitions etc.
If possible, screenshot your final stats (at the bottom of the page) and send them to me/copypaste it in the comments so I can have an idea if the balance is OK.
A single playthrough of the demo should last, I don't know, 15 minutes? There should be a lot of variations based on your chosen class and choices so please feel free to play it as many times as you would like!

This can make people not care about Kalmia at all if used too heavily, but Kalmia mastered it at an early age. When used, others see her as someone “good”, having them potentially ignore the dangers of answering her invasive question. Of course, it all pairs with her body language and specific words, but it's effective nearly all of the time. She has kept her unique magic well hidden, but she doesn't consider it a secret.

I’m the perfect heroine. I adapt flawlessly to my surroundings. I can play the part of a ditzy yet hard working girl who tries her best. I can act as if I’m not as weak as others think I am. I can be as mysterious or as innocent as others want to see. I can be the perfect heroine to everyone’s eyes. I can save them, and perhaps they will save me.

A/N: ITS MY GIRL KALMIAAAAA!!! I didn’t write her backstory here bc that’s her fear and main trauma and I don’t want to expose her TOO soon.
With. like. 3 ocs w white-ish hair. ppl may think i’m obsessed w it. I can explain (i can’t).
I sorted her into Pomefiore because. like. i think that fit her aesthetic, first off, but she’s also she fits in with their self-betterment thing. Kalmia, however, abandons all self-preservation to attain what she believes is better for her. She maintains her weight through unhealthy dieting, and I KNOW that all that hair dye is NOT going to be good for her head later on (this is fiction though so let’s pretend for now). She’s aware that it’s bad for her, but she’s also the type to focus on the present.
She doesn’t really have anything to look forward to. She just wants to be saved with love.
Childishly, she wants a prince charming she can marry and live happily ever after with, but that’s as far as her future thoughts go. After all, what truly matters is how she’s treated in the present.
Fun fact! Vil hates (?) her btw. He sees Kalmia's efforts and acknowledges it, but he's disappointed that's it's misdirected and short-term. Kalmia abandons self-preservation for self-betterment. Vil wants her to do both. He thinks she's wasted potential. It's not like he's going to give up on changing her mind, of course. As long as Kalmia's in his dorm, he'll make her realize a couple things about herself.

“Reveal the site of what once was.” Snapshot Evidence: Adelia’s unique magic that can be used with any picture (physical or digital). To use this properly, she must think of a specific person and a specific time, and if that person was at the place she took the photo of during the time she was thinking about, the person appears in the photo permanently. It's a particular spell with a penalty system that creates more blot if she's wrong than when she's right. Thankfully, Adelia's cautious and meticulous, so it's rare for her to ever be wrong in the rare times she does use this power. Although her photos are generally known to be true through others' confirmations of events, it's not completely trusted by others because she can't solidly prove that these photo manipulations are an exact illustration of what happened. Unknown if it can accurately predict the future.

Curiosity:
Housewarden Riddle’s overblot wasn’t the first one I witnessed.
The first one was just down my neighborhood, when I was about… Hm. 7 years old. I was coming back from a walk with my escorts when I saw Styx members quarantining the overblotted person. Mm, I guess I couldn’t call them a person anymore. I didn’t get to see much of it. I wasn’t tall enough. Still, I could see some of the damage caused to the nearby buildings, with pitch black ink dripping down and slithering through the cracks of the sidewalk.
Apparently, the sight wasn’t morbid enough since it didn’t pique my curiosity enough for me to learn about it.
Of course, until now.
Why, you may ask? Well, because I know about the basics of blot accumulation and overblots now, first off. But more importantly, because Housewarden Riddle wasn’t the last overblot I witnessed.
Doesn’t anyone else find this strange? Doesn’t anyone else find this dangerous?
Doesn’t anyone else want to piece together this awful trend? Or is it just a minor every day event for them? Are you aware of what’s happening?
It was merely sympathy at first. I respect Housewarden Riddle, and there must have been a great deal of trauma involved for him to get to that state. That’s what I told Cynthia.
But two in a row? Both of them are Housewardens. And so close in time, too. Aren’t overblots supposed to be rare? That’s why I’m curious.
Will this trend continue? And if it does, what am I going to do about it?

“I mean, you always have the choice of ignoring it, you know. Like most others do?”

A/N: YAYYY basically done with the YAI to TWST pipeline!!! Here's Adelia, my other daughter and the other main character of Your Artificial Image that I missed so much.
In here, basically what Adelia and Cynthia do is just. Try and find out what's happening with the overblots, and try and stop them. Near Book 5, Adelia decides to pair up with (threaten) the Headmage and get more access to the student files. Anyways, that's how those two will get more and more involved within the main story!!! I will expand more on them, hopefully. While Cynthia does things for the sake of doing, Adelia always has a reason for her actions, and that's what makes them suit each other so well!!
AND NOW!! With them, I’ll be able to draw other characters I don’t draw as much because their personalities suit other TWST characters’ dynamics!! YIPPEE YIPPEE WHAT JOY!!!!!!

"Dividing the planes of reality, I claim one for my own." Spirit Realm Split: Cynthia's unique magic that can place objects in a separate plane that only she can access. It doesn't work like a game inventory system. Instead, the objects float around in her vicinity, invisible and untouchable to others. Number of objects that can be switched to the plane varies with size (10 small objects at most), and it can only stay there for 24 hours, with a cooldown of 1 hour. The bigger and longer the object is/stays, the more blot accumulates. It's unknown if this power can used on a person, but Cynthia's not against trying if she finds viable candidates.

Backstory:
Cynthia grew up in the Shaftlands with only her mother. Neighbors to a decently wealthy family, Cynthia frequently spent time at their household while her mother went out to work. The neighbors, the Ordelia family, had two daughters. A girl named Adeline (who Cynthia calls Adelia), the younger of the two, quickly became Cynthia’s lifelong friend.
To help her mother and also be able to follow her dreams of entering the law field, Cynthia received Adelia’s help with her studies to try to get into the two most prestigious schools on Sage Island. Through Adelia’s crazily strict yet admittedly useful studying regime, she was able to proudly show off the two acceptance letters, a sign that she had truly worked as hard as she could.
Cynthia spent days mulling over which school she would enter. She even did a mandatory coin toss just in case she still hadn’t decided by the due date. Adelia wouldn’t say a single word on where she would go, but since Cynthia knew of Adelia’s competence, she believed Adelia would be able follow Cynthia, no matter which school she would choose.
Oh, so how tragic the betrayal is~! How traitorous for Adelia to abandon Cynthia and enter her school’s ultimate rival. The pain, the misery—
“Cynthia, stop being dramatic. Just because I could follow you never meant I would have. And didn’t you say being rivals was, quote, ‘actually pretty fun’ last week?”
A silky voice with an certain sharpness arrives from her phone. Cynthia laughs at the vivid annoyance she can imagine on her best friend’s face.
“Alright, fine! Sometimes it’s fun to complain for the sake of it, you know.”
“You’re not doing it for the sake of it, you’re doing it to annoy me—“
“Well, keep me updated on any NRC drama! Such as the one with your Dormleader… which is frankly cu-ray-zee!! A Spelldrive Tournament between our schools is coming up soon, apparently, so maybe we can meet up then. I’ll tell you what I’ve learned about overblots, and then you—“
“Oh my, class is about to start, I’ll talk to you later.”

A/N: It’s my daughter! Cynthia!! She’s actually from an OC story I made with my friend @kathxrat-01 called Your Artificial Image. We have an entire webnovel about it (in progress, we’re rewriting and editing it right now), and it’s what i used to be fixated on before i got into twst. But i missed her SOOOOOO BAD that i just. i just had to add her in. I MISS HER. I MISS HER AND HER TRAGEDY OF A STORY. I WANT TO BE FIXATED ON HER AGAIN UUUEUUEUUE but i like talking ab Kiyuu so idk man.
She’s so beloved to me actually!! I’ve made several edits of her bc i have enough art to edit her to some 4/4 beat music. Tmi, you don’t know what I’m talking about probably. THE POINT IS THAT I LOVE HER. Sometimes I forget that she’s actually smart though because she acts like someone who gets straight Bs and possibly Cs, but she’s a straight A student!! Say thanks to Adelia who taught her studying methods that actually suited her!!!
Her role in twst is. It’s mostly based around as a sort of helper to Adelia, who’s trying to piece together everything wrong with NRC (because justice. Cynthia just wants to know because she likes knowing things). Her best friend in RSA is Che’nya, who she just followed out of RSA for funsies and realized it was a good way to talk to Adelia and actually experience the weird NRC experience. Usually, though, most information comes from phone calls to each other, which they do nearly every day.
Below are some non-YAI spoiler doodles I drew of her. I do have some others but they have Adelia in it, so I can’t drop them just yet. IF U WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YAI!! General gist is it has imaginary friend-like beings called spirits (what TWST!Cynthia’s unique magic is based on) and isekai/going back in time and it’s ALSO about going back home vs adapting here (like most otome isekais are).
