I recently got an ask about looking for good reference material, and I've finally gotten my footings in something recently that I think is worth sharing: If you're trying to look for accurate 2000s style fashion, go to Flickr!

There's a few flickr finds/flickr forgotten tumblr blogs on here that I've personally come across, and a lot of them are super good for candid photography—Cityscapes, Interiors, People, etc—and if you decide to go on Flickr yourself and just look up, say... "Club 2008", there's a ton of old photos uploaded that you can look through!

I'll have to continue looking to see just how far back chronologically this site has useful reference photos for, but I'm trying to see if I can design some new outfits for a TWEoS-related idea and this is all pretty informative already! Yay :))

Does anyone know any good references/resources for non sexual nude ladies? I have a series of nude fairies and I’m really struggling to find good references where the vagina or Asshole ARENT the focus of the image.

And or Does anyone have access to like a good museum with female nude/semi nude statues who would be willing to give me a full 360 wall around of them.

I live in a small city so I don’t really have access to Art like that and a lot of the pictures I can find online are pretty explicitly sexual in nature or have Only the front of the statue in focus and since I’m drawing fairies side and back views are more helpful to really showcase the wings.

A small request I ask for after giving it more thought for what I'm trying to do with this world and story.

Any of ya’ll have any unique naming system ideas or know any sites for em, could you send them my way?

Originally I just had the guild folks get a nickname at birth, a base name for older cubs + when they start training and when they get promoted they get a prefix or a suffix.

And I have the naming schemes for the other groups worked out already but the guilds are being difficult

The prefix+suffix system isn't the worse but the tie to warriors is too glaring to ignore.

Wanna find one that can work and sets the guilds apart from other groups in a striking way and my brain is not braining on the creativity plus anything I try to find myself doesn't really work with what I'm trying to go for.

I need references for poses involving a character holding onto like a pole or beam. Not like pole dancing. More like the character’s swinging around it or looking around it and has to hold on for balance. This is a beam that’s like 6 inches in diameter, not a thin pole. They're just interacting with it, sort of dancing, but not like pole dancing.

It would really help. Thanks!
