Anxiety culture is accidentally leaving all your meds at your family's house after Thanksgiving and now freaking out bc you don't have any left and you won't be back until Christmas

And then being anxious to ask your psychiatrist to write a refill because what if she thinks you're misusing the medication instead of just having lost it even though logically you know this probably happens to lots of people and why would she jump to that conclusion instead

Oh goodness.. If you really want to wait until Christmas, its less than a month away, but I know how long that can feel sometimes.
