Here's the proof; that's right, I'm a #refitdude and I love it! Had an awesome time with this wild group at United Church on Friday. Thanks to that fateful Valentine's Day almost 2 years ago, my life has changed drastically. My dreams of being a fitness instructor have come to fruition, my marriage has been steadily growing stronger, I've learned to be an actively involved father as well as member of my community, and I'm in the best shape of my life! Amazing people like the @refitsundre instructors, as well as @angela_beeler and @catherineballas have had an impact on my life, plus the many other awesome dudes and gals of the #refitfamily , but most of all, these two special woman have joined me in creating #ROWFitness (our company) and developing @refitoutwest : @jenrmcquillan (my gorgeous, talented, amazing wife) and @_ellenbunn_ (she's that awesome beauty leading the class).
