Whether it's journalling, taking time out in the evening to go on walks, or setting aside 10 minutes to reflect on your day every night before bed, do it consistently without fail. 66 days (or less if you're super committed) are all it takes for you to turn these tasks into a habit!
Good night from child’s pose. After #day3 of the #flylikeayogichallenge my arms and shoulders are TIGHT. My muscles are SORE. I fell quite a bit tonight while working on my #fireflypose that I can’t actually do. Oh well 🤷♀️ I have to start somewhere. Tonight I began to journal again. Mainly small reflections on the day (things I was good at, things I’m grateful for, things I have learned, and finally things to improve on). I am slowly embracing the “yoga lifestyle” which is more of a whole lifestyle. Relaxation, meditation, reflection, and growth are some things I am working on this year. Child’s pose is good for all of those, which is why I ended tonight’s practice and day with it. #yogi #yoga #practiceyogachangeyourworld #reflectionjournaling (at Honolulu, Hawaii)
