In the end I requested a refund for Procreate Dreams because there’s features that’s not available like auto shape & selection tool. Also while it seems easy to pick up and use, since I only do drawing for fun non professionally as a hobby, I don’t think I need an animation program. Now if the request is refused, I'll keep it and wait for major updates. Can't work without auto shapes. 😢

HI! so i requested a refund and it shows in my statement that the balance is 0 and the request went through, (and this was before or by november 18th) , but i haven't received my cheque in the mail yet.. is it lost or do i have to go pick it up?
No sometimes it takes a few business days to go through the mail. It may also still be processing. I would give it a full month since requesting it before calling financial services.

Yea sometimes it takes awhile for the mailed cheque to get to your mailing address, same thing happened to me as well.

HI! i googled yorku student financial services and on their page, on the side , it says request a refund and i did that process which took less than a minute and should get a cheque in 5-10 business days thank you for your help!!

They actually mail a cheque to you eventually before the end of the year, that's what happened to me.
