Ugh, that is awful. I had one night of brutal insomnia to about half-6 a few days ago, but normally I can at least sleep by midnight.
thanks :)
it’s not too bad, honestly, I’m used to it. And the cool thing is, if it’s depression causing it, getting out of bed and doing stuff stops me from feeling to terrible about it and will tired me out enough that I can sleep the next night

*brings yoghurt to you* Yoghurt ought to come to you from the fridge. *hugs*
It really should :D Thanks!
(I have managed to eat a yoghurt now! It was delicious! And it made me feel very accomplished...)

ok I am like two hours late but you had food, by now, right? *slightly concerned*
I’m even more late now, but yeah, I’ve had food. And now I’ve even managed breakfast! (And tomorrow, family holiday will happen until Sunday, and people will make sure I’m eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. I’ll be okay, promise :) )
